1. Professional service scope

Rankforge Search provides remote on-page search engine optimization services. Work may involve website titles, meta descriptions, heading hierarchy, keyword research and page mapping, internal links, content organization, image filenames and ALT text, page-level audits, and monthly maintenance within an agreed scope.

Information on this website is general business and service information. It is not a complete audit of any visitor’s website and does not create a professional engagement until a project scope is accepted.

2. No ranking guarantee

No specific search ranking, search feature, indexing date, traffic level, conversion rate, lead count, revenue, or business result is promised or guaranteed. Search engines independently control crawling, indexing, presentation, ranking, testing, and enforcement. Their systems consider many factors that are outside our visibility and control.

Statements about improving clarity, structure, relevance, or on-page foundations describe the purpose of the work, not a guaranteed outcome.

3. Search engine changes

Search engines can update algorithms, interfaces, policies, guidelines, data sources, result layouts, and indexing systems at any time. A recommendation considered reasonable when prepared may require later review because the website, market, competitors, user behavior, or search platform changed. Rankforge Search is not responsible for a third party’s algorithm update or enforcement decision.

4. On-page work is one part of performance

An on-page project addresses only the elements stated in its scope.

5. No backlink or gray-hat service

Rankforge Search does not sell backlinks, paid link placements, link networks, automated spam, hidden keywords, doorway pages, cloaking, manipulated reviews, or other gray-hat practices. We may refuse instructions that appear deceptive, unlawful, infringing, unsafe, or inconsistent with search platform guidelines.

6. Client information and assumptions

Recommendations depend on the URLs, access, analytics, business information, audience information, and constraints supplied by the client. Incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, or withheld information can affect the usefulness of the work. The client is responsible for promptly identifying regulated topics, restricted claims, trademark issues, content ownership concerns, platform limitations, and material business changes.

7. Client review and implementation

The client must review titles, descriptions, headings, copy, links, image text, and implementation instructions before publication. The client remains responsible for factual accuracy, claims, offers, disclosures, accessibility, legal compliance, product information, and the operation of its website. A client should not publish language it knows is inaccurate, misleading, or unauthorized.

If the client or another provider implements recommendations, Rankforge Search is not responsible for deviations, coding errors, omitted instructions, publication to the wrong page, or later modification.

8. Website access and operational risk

Any website change can create operational risk. Clients should maintain current backups, use staging where appropriate, limit permissions, and preserve a recovery method. We are not responsible for preexisting defects, unsupported themes, plugin conflicts, hosting outages, malware, third-party code, lost credentials, or failures that were not caused by our material breach of an accepted implementation scope.

9. Third-party platforms and tools

Shopify, content management systems, search consoles, analytics services, keyword tools, hosting providers, plugins, themes, and other services are independently operated. Their data can be delayed, estimated, sampled, incomplete, or unavailable. Tool scores and search volumes are informational estimates, not verified future demand. Rankforge Search does not warrant a third party’s accuracy, availability, compatibility, or continued operation.

10. Search result variability

Search results can differ by location, device, language, personalization, account state, time, testing cohort, query wording, and data center. A screenshot or manually observed position is not a universal or permanent ranking. Performance should be reviewed with appropriate context and over a reasonable period, not from a single isolated search.

11. Content and keyword limitations

Keyword research and page mapping are planning tools. They do not establish trademark rights, legal permission to make a claim, ownership of a topic, or entitlement to rank for a phrase. Natural language, reader usefulness, and accurate page purpose take priority over repetitive keyword use. We do not recommend keyword stuffing.

Site architecture can also be affected by navigation, canonicalization, redirects, robots directives, rendering, and technical conditions outside a limited internal-link service.

14. Monthly maintenance limitations

Monthly maintenance applies only to the selected pages and listed activities. It is not continuous monitoring, incident response, comprehensive technical SEO, development, content production, backlink monitoring, reputation management, advertising management, or legal review. Issues outside scope may be identified but require separate authorization to address.

15. No legal, tax, financial, or regulated advice

SEO services and website information are not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, cybersecurity, accessibility compliance, or other regulated professional advice. Clients should consult appropriately licensed or qualified professionals for those matters. We do not determine whether a client’s privacy notice, product claim, professional statement, or regulated content satisfies a specific law.

16. No business outcome warranty

A website’s commercial performance depends on pricing, offer quality, reputation, operations, competition, sales process, customer service, availability, market conditions, and many other factors. On-page SEO work is not a warranty that a business will receive customers, funding, bank approval, payment-provider approval, or any other commercial outcome.

17. Illustrations and sample content

Visual interface elements, diagrams, sample review copy, example fields, and example descriptions on this website may demonstrate layout or service concepts. Sample review wording must not be treated as verified customer testimony and should be replaced with authentic, authorized feedback before publication. Illustrative interface graphics are not live search-platform data.

18. Limitation and reliance
